Lottie – Adopted

Lottie - Pug Rescue of Florida

Hi fellow pug lovers – my name is Lottie and I am a beautiful pug girl looking for a loving forever family!

People say I’m a gentle, loving pug girl. You would never know that life hasn’t always been so kind to me.  You see some people found me as a stray then kept me in a crate outside for a while until the nice people at Pug Rescue of Florida thankfully got me.

Fortunately all of that is behind me now and I’m safe and being well cared for in my loving foster home!  I’m so happy to be able to live inside where it’s comfortable and hang out with a bunch of other awesome pugs.  I’m all up to date on my shots and heartworm negative

When I came to Pug Rescue I had a bad UTI infection, that cleared up but my foster mom realized that unfortunately, I can’t control my bathroom habits.  I think I can, because I go out and take care of business, but I also dribble when I get excited or…well, if I move, really! It seems that my muscles don’t work to control my bathroom habits. The vet has tried to find out why, but it’s still a mystery.  My foster mom says it’s not a hassle- she buttons diapers to my harness and I’m really good at standing still to have them changed.  She gets 120 diapers for just $40 and those last a long time.

I’m a petite little girl at just 17 pounds. I get along really well with everyone and I’m love to snuggle!

If you have room in your home and your heart for a lovely little pug girl, could you please fill out an adoption application so we can meet?  My friends at Pug Rescue of Florida really want me to find a special family to love me so they have made me the “Pug of the Month” for June 2017. That means that they are going to share my picture and story a lot so everyone can learn all about me.  They will also waive my adoption fee during the month of June — you can use that money for my doggie diapers which will buy enough to last for months and months.

Thanks for reading my story — please share my information with your friends too.

Complete an adoption application here. If you love me but can’t adopt me, please send a donation to help pay medical bills for not just me but my fellow foster brothers and sisters. They sure could use it!
