14th Annual PugsGiving Fundraiser November 5th, 2016

To our fellow Pug Lovers: Don’t miss Pug Rescue of Florida’s 14th Annual “PugsGiving”, the LARGEST celebration of pugs and pug rescue in the State of Florida. PugsGiving 2016 to be held on November 5th! There will be door prizes, hourly raffle prizes, a HUGE Silent Auction, a chance to meet, talk, and shop wonderful vendors, and games with prizes! Other great features include the Pet Blessing, The Pug Boutique, Pet Photography by Lesley Davies Photography, the Wall of Rescues, and our Long Term Care Pugs that need TLC. Please bring photos of your rescued pugs for posting on the Adopted Wall!

We hope you will come to show your love and support for pugs at this fun filled event!. Pugsgiving is our biggest fundraising effort and adoptable pug showcase of the year. Without your support we could not have saved the 2,500+ pugs!

However, if you leave your room in a condition that requires the hotel to provide additional cleaning services to clean up after your pets, the hotel has the right to charge you a $25 pet clean up fee .

RESERVATION METHOD:
All reservations must be made under Pug Rescue of Florida, Pugsgiving Event to receive discount.

The Hotel understands that if reservations are made, modified or canceled by individuals by calling the hotel reservation department and referring to the group and meeting name, then reservations must be made on or before the cut off date.

All group attendees will be responsible for their own room , tax and incidental charges. All reservations guaranteed and fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO SHOWS and a charged to the individual attendee’s credit card on file.

We greatly need volunteers to make sure this event is a success and to raise money to help pugs in need. All types of job duties are needed from security, setup, breakdown, lunch relief, dog walkers, clean up crew, etc.

Sign up now to be sent information on what is needed. Volunteers will be given access to our hospitality suite which will be reserved only for our staff, volunteers and VIP’s.
