Thank you for supporting the hundreds of rescued pugs helped every year by Pug Rescue of Florida.PugsGiving is our biggest fundraising effort and adoptable pug showcase event of the year. Hundreds of pug lovers from across the state of Florida come together on this one day to celebrate their pugs and support the work of Pug Rescue of Florida.
There are several levels of sponsorship available, please choose one of the following:
Pugalicious Sponsorship - $2,500 or greater
Benefits include:
Sponsorships at this level are specifically designed for your business and can include premium/custom marketing opportunities both at the event and via our online/social media channels. Our PugsGiving Chairperson will work with you directly to create a unique plan for you!

Pug Royalty Sponsorship - $1,000 to $2,499

REQUIREMENTS for Sponsors who will be utilizing booth space at the event:
1. Must stay for whole Event. Prior to leaving, please remove all debris from your designated area.
2. Setup Time: Friday Evening Nov 3rd TBA & Saturday Nov 4, 2017 from 6:00 AM- 8:30 AM.
3. All vendors/sponsors are required to use and provide their own dark table cloths and bring business signage. Signs should hang off the front of table or be placed the on table. Signs on walls are not permitted.
4. Vendors/sponsors are required to help increase attendance by promoting PugsGiving on their company/personal websites and social media outlets. PugsGiving graphics are available. Please email pugsgiving@gmail.com and we will gladly forward them to you.
Additional Event/Facility Rules:
SALES OF HUMAN FOOD MY BE ALLOWED (verify with PROoF prior to event).
SAMPLING AND RAFFLING OF FOOD ITEMS ARE ALLOWED.
NO OUTSIDE/PERSONAL TABLES ALLOWED --NO TENTS ALLOWED.
NO PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES UNLESS GIVEN WRITTEN PERMISSION IN ADVANCE.
NO SHARING OF SPACES OR TABLES; ONE SPACE PER ONE REGISTERED BUSINESS.
NO PUGSGIVING LOGO OR LABELED MATERIALS/CLOTHING ARE TO BE SOLD BY ANYONE OTHER THAN PUG RESCUE OF FLORIDA.
As an official representative of the company listed above, by marking this circle I execute this Vendor Commitment agreement, accordingly and the company/ individual(s) above commits to this event with payment accompanying this form. And also agrees to all stipulated requirements and rules on this form.
