To our fellow Pug Lovers: Don’t miss Pug Rescue of Florida’s 10th Annual “PugsGiving”, the BIGGEST celebration of pugs and pug rescue in the State of Florida. This year’s PugsGiving to be held on Nov. 10th is presented by Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. This dog oriented event is dog and family friendly with free parking, free general admission for children under 12 and dogs and just $5 for adults. 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
PugsGiving features the largest number of adoptable pugs in the state! Pet contests will include best homemade costume, best celebrity look-a-like costume, best shedder, best trick and many others; new this year is a Pug Agility contest. There will be door prizes, hourly raffle prizes, a HUGE Silent Auction, a chance to meet, talk to and shop at lots of great vendors, games with prizes and the unveiling of PROoF’s new Pug Wine, PROoF’s 1st Edition Cookbook featuring our Photo Contest Top Models and our 2012 T-shirt Logo. Other great features include the Pet Blessing, Pet Photos, Pug Jewelry and the Wall of Rescues. Please bring photos of your rescued pugs for posting on the Wall.
We hope you will come to show your love and support for pugs at this fun filled event!. Pugsgiving is our biggest fundraising effort and adoptable pug showcase of the year. Without your support we could not save the 1,263 and counting pugs we have!

All group attendees will be responsible for their own room , tax and incidental charges. All reservations guaranteed and fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO SHOWS and a charged to the individual attendee’s credit card on file.

We greatly need volunteers to make sure this event is a success and to raise money to help pugs in need. All types of job duties are needed from security, setup, breakdown, lunch relief, dog walkers, clean up crew, etc.
Sign up now to be sent information on what is needed. Volunteers will be given access to our hospitality suite which will be reserved only for our staff, volunteers and VIP’s.
