Why hello there Pug lovers! My name is Tobey, and I have a secret for you. Come close…closer…even closer…You are going to adopt me!!! Thanks in advance!
They tell me I’m a very special pug, because of the distinguishing white birth mark on my head. I’m completely potty trained and love to explore on my walks. It’s also been discovered that I like car rides, however, I fall asleep during most of the trip. Kind of makes me an awesome travel buddy… and they think I am about 12 years young.
At my foster parents, I enjoy sleeping in my humans’ bed, belly rubs, golf cart rides, and just being by your side.
When my human mommy was unable to care for me, I was turned into to a vet and lived there for three months. No, I am not able to perform surgery on cats, but I saw some interesting things. Anyways, the delightful folks here at PROoF brought me in to find a more suitable forever home.
I am beginning to lose my hearing, so I get a bit anxious when I cannot see you. Also, I have some separation anxiety, but I’m working with my fellow foster pug brother to get better each day. You’ll be so proud of me once I get settled into your place. Wink, wink – that application isn’t going to fill out itself. Like some pugs, I have several mass cell tumors on me. But, I haven’t let the tumors slow me down from all the activities pugs love to do with their humans.
I hope that one day I will find a loving forever home (like yours). Until that time comes, I will wait patiently for you while my Pug Rescue friends watch over me.
Pug Rescue of Florida depends solely on donations and volunteers. Please give today with either your heart by adopting a pug in need, your time by volunteering with our organization, or a monetary donation to pay for the high medical bills our rescued Pugs incur. Thank you for caring!!!
