Sunshine & Holly

Sunshine $ Holly - Pug Rescue of Florida

Hello our fellow pug lovers! Our names are Sunshine and Holly and we are a pair of sisters that were surrendered to the shelter because our owner became very sick and could not care for us any longer. We are both 8 years old, approximately 16lbs, and incredibly loving! We are so grateful that Pug Rescue of Florida picked us up because we both had some unaddressed health issues but we are doing quite well now!

Both gals are potty trained, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and crate trained. They both also get along great with other dogs.

Holly: Holly is a fawn pug whose tail never stops wagging. She came into the rescue with a bladder full of bladderstones and had surgery immediately as well as a dental. Holly needs eyedrops two to three times a day for dry eye and the vet recommended that she be on SO food to prevent any more bladderstones. Holly is the epitome of what we all love about pugs–she is happy, loving, and will pin you down to kiss you. Her long tongue makes her even more adorable as well as her head tilts when you talk to her.

Sunshine: Sunshine is a beautiful black pug-brussels griffon mix who is quieter and more reserved than Holly. Sunshine loves to cuddle and give you kisses. She loves squeaky toys and she likes to speak to you when she wants more itches or cuddles. Sunshine is currently on medical hold as she has a mass on a lymph node that will be removed by the vet this week. Sunshine has been such a champ for all of her vet appointments as she is incredibly well-behaved. We’ll have more information on her after her surgery.

All in all, we are an incredible pair of sisters that would bring so much love to any family that ends up with us!
