Hello, My name is Curley and I am a very handsome 7 yr old male pug. My owner had cancer and could no longer keep me and my brother CJ so she made the hard decision to give us up. So here we are in rescue looking for our new home. I came into rescue a very large pug weighing in at 29lbs. I definitely need someone to keep me on a diet and walk me to help take off the weight. Other than the weight I am healthy and happy and oh so loving. I also have a lot of get up and go energy. Don't let the age and weight fool you, I'm no couch potato. I even dance for my treats!(stand on my hind legs and twirl) My bother CJ is 6 yrs old and he too has some extra pounds weighing in at 26lbs. He also has arthritis in his front elbows. Rescue has started him on Advanced joint vitamins and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory. Cj doesn't really know his elbows hurt. He loves to follow you around and craves attention. We really want to be adopted together. I know it sounds like a lot of pug being we weigh so much but we're good boys and we have always been together.
